OUR PROCESS

Design Salesforce

We’ll spend time to understand how your business works and then design your version of Salesforce around your companies ways of working. We’ll point out if we think there may be better ways of doing this too.

Implement Salesforce

Implementation is done in a live environment, this means that as we develop and implement your version of Salesforce, you will be able to see and use the partially released system online. This lets you see if your assumptions in the design phase make sense in the real world. And yes, we can make that change

Training & Support

We’re not done until your staff are trained, we know that the key success factor in this project is getting your staff on board. Before we hand over your system we will train your staff how to use the system to perform their role. After the training we’ll be there to support the users and in-house admin’s.
